Conditions corncerning deposits
| 1 | Tachographs must be complete. |
| 2 | Tachographs must be exactly the same. This concerns also type number and front plate. |
| 3 | Tachographs may not have been damaged by water or fire. |
| 4 | Tachographs must be returned to MKP Parts within a period of 4 weeks after the exchange tachograph has been sent by MKP Parts. |
| 5 | The 1318 tachographs must be of the type with microprocessor (QP). |

** Excluded of guarantee are failures arise by unlawful operations and the repair seals must be undamaged.
