Crimping Tool

A precision ratchet tool for crimping our speedometer drive cable parts. The tool construction with one fixed jaw and one moveable jaw makes the tool easy to use. It may be held in one hand, leaving the other free to hold the cable part in the correct position. The built-in ratchet system ensures that a complete crimp is made every time with much less hand force than with conventional tools.

The tool is supplied complete with two sets of dies.

• Die A For crimping drive pins onto 3.2mm inner cables and ferrules onto 7.5mm outer cables.
• Die B For crimping drive pins onto 3.7mm inner cables and ferrules onto 8.5mm outer cables.
